You have set a boundary that they may not pass over, that they may not return to cover the earth.
Psalm 104:9 NKJV
God is the Creator and ruler of the earth. At the sound of His voice, mountains tremble. At His command, storms begin and end. He is so powerful that the human mind cannot begin to comprehend His strength.
God, at one time, flooded the entire earth because it was evil. He saved only one man and his family and two of each animal. It has become a popular children’s toy and story—the cute wooden ark filled with animals. But in reality, it was horrendous. Everyone died—except the chosen few related to a man God found righteous.
After the flood, God put a rainbow in the sky as a promise. He made a covenant with humans that He would never again flood the earth. He told the waves they would never come forth with such a vengeance again.
God sets forth boundaries in your life as well. Those “boundary lines” fall for you in “pleasant places” (Psalm 16:6 NIV).
Even if you are facing your own “flood” in life—unemployment, loss, disappointment, or depression—God is your portion. Your joy is found in Him, not your circumstances. He will never give you more than you can bear and will draw the lines for you. He is always with you and always has your best interest at heart.
God, thank You for being all I need. Amen.

Hello, my name is Lee and I am so grateful for this free daily devotional reading for everyday of the year🙏🏼
I’m wondering…. Is there an audio version of this for visually impaired people?
Or can you direct me to the sort please.
Much appreciation,
Lee
Hi, Lee. I’m so sorry, but we do not currently offering an audio version.
I know how sick my husband was and it would be better he exit Earth than keep on suffering, I have expected his passing but when it happened, I fell into thousand pieces. Has taken me 9 years to mourn over his absence. The Lord was with me yet I couldn’t feel His Presence for the longest time. It is by grace through faith that I am walking on this Earth, serving the Lord in my home Church and be an online mentor for many young girls who are suffering quietly, because of the culture and customs of certain people groups. Life can be hard at times, but God!
