God Is Wholehearted

“For I will set My eyes on them for good, and I will bring them back to this land; I will build them and not pull them down, and I will plant them and not pluck them up. Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the Lord; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart.”
Jeremiah 24:6–7 NKJV

God is wholehearted. He is present in the moment. He does not love partially but completely. God loves enthusiastically with all His passion, and that is how He desires you to love Him.

Life may have left your heart bruised and broken, but God can do what no one else can. He can give you a new heart—one that comprehends His greatness.

Who else but God can rescue you from your wanderings? Who else can build you up, layer upon layer of strength and courage? Only God can plant your roots deeply in a place that becomes a lasting home.

Your heart is safe with your faithful God. It can expand and dream.

Return to Him now. Discover the freedom of hoping in a future that is good. Find your ease in loving God with your whole heart. Grasp the deep and abiding love with which He first loved you.

God, help me grasp Your wholehearted love for me. Amen.
